Carnival Cruise Line offers transportation between Tampa International Airport and the Port of Tampa on the day of embarkation or debarkation only. However, it’s less than a 10-minute drive from downtown to pier 91. Bell Street Cruise Terminal is located at Seattle’s Downtown Waterfront whereas Smith Cove is located 2.8 miles northwest of Pier 66.
